As stated in
POLICIES:
The initial product/service listings will originate from seller entities who are
recruited into CentList by its founder and from seller entities who are
recruited by those seller entities who were recruited by the founder. This is
mainly to better ensure that only honest sellers are posted on the site. (All
recruited entities will have "Recruited by" and the CentList member #
of their recruiter by their listings so that their recruiters will be credited
for their recruitment.)
Because the definition of "true recruitment" is to bring
in new members from outside sources with whom the recruiter has no association,
CentList will place TOP PRIORITY on first accepting those potential recruits who
are, preferably, adult age and who are official representatives of
business/organizational entities not associated with any entities that the
recruiter controls or represents. Consequently, the quickest way for a recruiter
to earn his/her way onto the TOP
100 RECRUITERS list is to solicit this type of potential
recruit--especially if they have *credentials that CentList can quickly verify
(*preferably via internet examination.)
The general process: After your potential recruit completes the
registration form, you must accept him/her by clicking on "View
Recruits" in your SELLER MENU and then by clicking "Accept" in
YOUR POTENTIAL RECRUITS, wherein you'll have 24 hours to un-accept the recruit.
(CentList may choose to contact the recruit to verify that it was indeed him/her
who submitted the registration.) If CentList accepts the recruit, he/she is
credited to your recruitment tab. Those recruiters acquiring the most recruits
will earn their way onto the TOP 100 RECRUITERS list. In case of ties for the
100th spot, the recruiter who reaches that quantity of recruits first will be
listed.
To speed up the acceptance process regarding
your submitted potential recruits, it may be best to contact CentList (founder)
and tell a little about your recruits, or you can have the recruits themselves
do it (via email). Mainly, we want to know what business/organization they're
associated with along with their position within said business/organization.
If you can, do a background check (GOOGLE,
BBB,
etc.) on your potential recruits and submit the results to CentList.
ABOVE
ALL, make sure that you DO NOT
solicit those entities who have indicated that they don't wish to be
contacted--consult DO-NOT-CONTACT
LIST. (Please
inform CentList--founder--of
these entities as you find them so that they can be added to the list.) Along
with that, definitely avoid soliciting entities who are already seller members.
Visit the MASTER
LIST on the INTERACTIVE site and type the first
letter or numeral of any entity you want to recruit in order to begin
searching to see if said entity is already a member. You can perform that same
function regarding sellers.
Also, NEVER
tell anyone that you "represent" CentList. You represent only yourself
and/or the person you're working for or with.
(If you want a standard solicitation to go by, use the RECRUITMENT
SPEECH below.)
Along with that, understand that CentList--no way,
no how--wants to become associated with any get-rich-quick schemes. If you
really could "MAKE $10,000 IN ONE WEEK!", doesn't it seem more
logical that the scammers offering this "opportunity" wouldn't be
seeking you out and that they'd save it solely for their friends, family
and colleagues--or just for themselves? That said, it's best not to look in
"Opportunities" magazines for potential recruits.
And, let if be known, NO pornography/indecency will be allowed at
this time, also no bigotry. However, in the future, adult listings WILL be
accommodated.
(Note: Because SPAM filters are in wide use, before using the "Send Invitation" function on your SELLER MENU, it may be best to first contact your potential recruits by phone and have them add your "From Email" address--that you select in "Send Invitation"-- to their white list and/or have them set a filter to accept anything with "Centlist" appearing in the "Subj:" field. Of course, you could just instruct the recruits to register using your Recruiter ID. Whatever the case, phone calls make bigger impressions than emails. A good rule of thumb would be to try to make no more than 3 recruitment calls each day--a very good and manageable pace that will keep you fresh in the process.)
When seeking potential recruits, bear in mind that CentList is especially seeking the small-business owner. Entities manufacturing their own products and/or providing their own services are ideal. Entities along the lines of independent craftspeople, clothing/jewelry manufacturers, snack producers, etc., are the epitome of what we want targeted.
If you don't have good leads, use Sources as your hunting grounds regarding good prospects. And don't hesitate to request your FREE Recruitment-Forms.
REMEMBER:
TOP
100 RECRUITERS will
feature you if you bring in enough accepted recruits.
PLUS, don't forget about all those Recruited-by's
that you get posted in all your recruits' listings--all linked to your SELLER
INDEX.
FINALLY, NEVER FORGET: Good recruits
make you and CentList look good to the public. Bad recruits make you and
CentList look bad to the public. So, take your time and seek out those
recruits whom you know will make us all proud and content.
RECRUITMENT
SPEECH
(Your
words in black font.)
GENERAL SPEECH
*If you
found your potential recruit via a reputable source of media (especially if
he/she personally registered his/her info on/in said source), begin with:
Hi! I found you on/in (state source
here).
(This is very effective because it does the potential recruit the favor of verifying that his/her source is working; plus it proves that you found him/her via a source approved by him/her, not via a "bought"--telemarketing--list.)
Then continue, or start (*if the above doesn't apply), with:
I invite you to join me as a seller on CentList.com. It's a
marketing website. You can list your products and services for free right now
because they're trying to build up the membership. You have to be invited by
existing members because they're using this as a screening process to find good,
reliable sellers.
To learn more, go to CentList.com, click on the INTERACTIVE link,
and then click on "ABOUT" and "POLICIES." Also click
"CHARITIES" for some very interesting info.
To register, stay on the INTERACTIVE site, click
"REGISTER," and complete the Registration Form--using number (state
your CentList Member # here) as the Recruiter ID.
CentList may contact you for verification, so be looking out for that and make
sure your email accepts anything "CentList."
If/When you're accepted, you can begin posting your listings right
away. There are no hidden fees or strings attached, and I hope you sign on.
GREEN SPEECH (Ecology/Fair-Trade)
(*See
GENERAL SPEECH, above.)
Hi! I found you on/in (state source
here).
Then continue, or start (*if the above doesn't apply), with:
I see that you support the green cause. I'm a member of
a website that does as well--CentList.com, and I invite you to become a
seller member on it.
You can list your products and services for free right now because
they're trying to build up the membership. You have to be invited by existing
members because they're using this as a screening process to find good, reliable
sellers.
In the future, CentList will support a lot of good charities and
causes and will work especially hard to promote green products and services. In
fact, it will one day have a great program in place whereby it will buy green
and fair-trade products from its seller members and auction them back to the
public.
To
learn more, go to CentList.com, click on the INTERACTIVE link, and then click on
"ABOUT" and "POLICIES." Also click "CHARITIES" for
the info above and for some other very interesting info.

1) Check your ads
for crafts fairs coming your way. Also, check out establishments such as antique
shops.
2) Start a "virtual consignment shop" using CentList, wherein you sell
things for others for a commission. (*It's best that any items you list are in
your possession before listing them.)
3) *See if your family/friends/colleagues have any items they want sold and will
give you a commission.
